Professor Sureswaran Ramadass is the current Chairman of APAN (Asia Pacific Advanced Networks). He is also a Visiting Professor at the International University of Malaya Wales (IUMW) and Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of NLTVC Sdn Bhd. (NLTVC is a next generation communications research and development company).
Prior to this, he was the founding Director and Professor at the National Advanced IPv6 Centre of Excellence (NAV6), Universiti Sains Malaysia.
He obtained his BsEE/CE (Magna Cum Laude) and Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami in 1987 and 1990 respectively. He graduated as the top student in the College of Engineering for his Bachelors Degree. He obtained his PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2000 while serving as a full time faculty in the School of Computer Sciences.
Prof Sureswaran started his career in 1990 as Head of Technical Support and Customer Relations Manager for Computer Banc Inc, a company with a chain of 7 stores in South Florida. He later joined MODCOMP, Florida as a senior member of the research team. MODCOMP, a wholly owned subsidiary of AEG Daimler Benz, was focused on the research, development and deployment of real-time operating systems. Their customers included Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for their remote space vehicles. He later joined ICON Business System, Inc (Florida) as Senior Consultant in 1991. He was subsequently promoted as Vice President of Engineering and was responsible for the entire engineering and R&D divisions of ICON. In 1992, he returned to Malaysia to join USM as a lecturer. In 1993, he formed and grew the Network Research Group to become a world recognized research center. In 2005, he became the first Director of NAv6 (the Next Generation Internet Center) in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

Navaneethan C. Arjuman is also currently pursuing his PhD in the area of cyber security. He is a trained engineer by profession and holds 1st Class Honours degree in Communication and Signal processing from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.
Mr. Navaneethan is also the currently the co-chair of IPv6 Working Group of Asia Pacific Advanced Network (APAN) and committee member of Malaysian Research Education Network's (MYREN) IPv6 Working Group. He is currently the IPv6 Global Forum's Certified Trainer for Certified Network Engineer for IPv6 (CNE6), Certified Security Engineer for IPv6 (CSE6) and Certified Network Programmer IPv6 (CNP6).
Mr. Navaneethan has served as CEO and Director of KHEC Systems SdnBhd and KHEC Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd. KHEC Group is IT solutions provider that has office both in Malaysia and India. Prior to this appointment, he has served as CEO and Director of iNetmonSdn Bhd. He also served as Senior Manager at BayComSdn. Bhd., provider of Satellite Services prior his appointment with iNetmonSdn Bhd. Prior to his appointment with Baycom, he was a Senior Channel Manager with Maxis Communications Bhd. He also served as a Lecturer in Sedaya University (formerly known as Sedaya College) prior to his appointment with Maxis Communications Bhd.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Omar obtained his PhD degree from University Science Malaysia (USM) in the year 2004. Presently he is working as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of NetWeave Sdn. Bhd. Previously, Dr. Omar worked as CTO of IPv6 Global Sdn. Bhd. Prior to that Dr. Omar worked as a senior lecturer and head of human resource development at the National Advanced IPv6 Centre (NAv6) – USM, Malaysia.
Dr. Omar is one of the founders for the Certified IPv6 Network Engineer (CNE6) training program. Dr. Omar is a member of numerous organization including the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and Internet Society (ISOC). He also chaired some international events such as the ASEAN IPv6 Workshop.
Dr. Omar won more than 10 awards (international and national) including the National Innovation Award (ICT Product) in 2009 – Malaysia. He published 3 books one of them on IPv6, 2 chapters in two different books and more than 50 research papers in journals and conference proceeding (international and national). He also filed 2 patents (1 international and 1 national).

Sanjeev's focus is the business use of IT services. He speaks at Universities in the region on matters related to IT and networks. Furthermore, he is an Advisor to the Boards of MNCs on Risk and Compliance Planning.
He has conducted IPv6 Readiness Assessments and Transition strategies for MNCs in Asia. He runs a Data Centre in Singapore, with native IPv6 Dual Stack.
Sanjeev was an Organiser for the Open Source Symposium Training Workshops, twenty five of which were conducted in ASEAN and South Asia between 2005 and 2010.He is has developed and delivered courses for the IPv6 Forum Certified Education Program. He is also an Approved Trainer for Exemplar Global ISO 9000, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 courses.

Full Name: Siah Bing Keong

Siah Bing Keong is currently the Head of R&D at NLTVC and he is leading numerous development projects at NLTVC. He has 6 years experience in relation to IPv6 network programming.
Prior to this, he was the Senior Research Officer at the National Advance IPv6 Centre of Excellence (NAv6), and his main research interest was in embedded system, multimedia communication and the next generation of internet protocol (IPv6).
He obtained his B.Sc in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in year 2009. He had his internship in National Advance IPv6 Centre (NAv6), and joined the Next Generation Unified Communication Research Group in year 2009 – 2012, as a Senior Research Officer (RO).
Besides heading the core research and development team in NLTVC, he co-heads other vertical projects, such as, Teledermatology system and Let's Talk app for Android. He is also working closely with the Bio-Medical researchers from France on the Teledermatology pilot project implementation.

Associate Professor Raja Kumar Murugesan is the Deputy Dean, and serves as the acting Associate Dean for Postgraduate programme, Research & Innovation at the School of Computing and IT in Taylor's University, Malaysia. His research interests includes Internet Communication Protocols especially IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6), Internet Addressing Architecture, Network Architecture, Internet Governance, Internet Security, and Future Internet.
He is one of the founding members of the Internet Society (ISOC) Malaysia Section, IPv6 Forum Malaysia Chapter, and is an active member of the Malaysia Technical Standard Berhad IPv6 (MTSFB-IPv6) Working Group, Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force (AP-IPv6TF), Asia Future Internet Forum (Asia FI), Internet Society (ISOC), IPv6 Forum, IEEE and IEEE Communications Society.
Raja has given invited talks, workshops and presentations at various international events associated with IPv6. Obtained funds locally and internationally, engaging in research, consultancy, and outreach activities in IPv6. He Publishes vividly in cited International Proceedings and Journals, and contributes to the community actively; reviewing research papers, membership in the programme committee for International Conferences, and editorial board for some cited International Journals.

Asgad completed his bachelor of Electronic Engineering(telecommunication) at Sudan University of Science and Technology(SUST0. He is one of the person to join the IPv6 initiatives in Sudan. He has been involved in the IPv6 development work since 2010 and is currently working at the Sudanese Research and Network Center as a fellowship. Prior to this, he was with the Ministry of interior (MOI) Civil Registration General Administration as a network engineer and system administrator.
